Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

At this time, HydroPurr ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping times begin after order processing is complete.

Priority Shipping orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days after processing.

Standard Shipping orders are typically delivered within 2–8 business days after processing.

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. HydroPurr is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
